National Innovation Event Call in the Field of Sports

The national event "From Idea to Business in Sports" will be held to support creative ideas and develop the innovation ecosystem in the country's sports sector.

According to the Public Relations of the SSRI, to develop the innovation ecosystem in the country’s sports and support creative ideas in areas related to health, sports equipment and technology, and creative industries, the Sports Sciences Research Institute, in cooperation with the National Olympic Committee, Ministry of Sports and Youth, and the Technology and Innovation Deputy of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, is organizing the national event "From Idea to Business in Sports".

This event provides a platform to identify and empower owners of innovative ideas and products, knowledge-based companies, researchers, students, and activists in the field of sports who are seeking to transform their ideas into sustainable products, services, or businesses. It aims to create links between knowledge and the market and facilitate the commercialization of sports technologies at the national level.

Specialized themes of the event include digital sports platforms (applications, smart platforms, sports data analytics), wellness and training equipment and products (training tools, smart wearables, sensors), artificial intelligence-based technologies in sports, and creative industries in sports.

Event calendar: Deadline for idea submission: January 15, 2026; Screening and nurturing of ideas: January 31 to February 12, 2026; Final event date: February 17, 2026.
