Technical Council Meeting of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the Sports Sciences Research Institute Held

A new round of the Technical Council meeting of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the Sports Sciences Research Institute was held with the presence of the institute’s managers and representatives of collaborating accelerators.

According to the Public Relations office of the Sports Sciences Research Institute, this meeting focused on reviewing the startup ideas of the faculty members at the institute’s Technology and Innovation Center. Attendees included Dr. Mohammadi, acting head of the institute; Dr. Rasouli, head of the Innovation Center and council secretary; as well as other council members including Dr. Abbasi, Dr. Sharifnejad, Dr. Boroushk, Dr. Bahmanabadi, Engineer Gohari, Engineer Shahabadi, and Ms. Farbod, an expert from the Innovation Center. The council secretary presented the technological and startup proposals submitted by the faculty members.

Based on the report, the managers of acceleration centers reviewed and critiqued these proposals, shared their expert opinions, and expressed their readiness to support some of the ideas.

This meeting provided a platform for interaction between the research institute and actors in the country’s innovation ecosystem and offered a valuable opportunity to identify commercialization potentials in the field of sports sciences. Additionally, council members proposed suggestions to enhance the processes of evaluation, guidance, and empowerment of projects.

At the conclusion of the session, the appointment letters for the members of the Technical Innovation Council were officially presented to them.
