The SSRI will hold a specialized assistantship course on "Sports Biomechanics Laboratory" in Aban 1404 (October/November 2025) to enhance scientific and practical skills in the field of sports sciences.

According to the Public Relations, this practical and in-person course for researchers and students will be held on the 8th and 9th of Aban at the institute's laboratory.

The institute, equipped with advanced and up-to-date instruments in its specialized laboratories (a member of the Iranian Scientific Laboratory Network - SHAACA), aims to improve research quality in sports sciences and familiarize participants with advanced lab equipment necessary for research projects, theses, dissertations, scientific articles, etc., at national and international levels.

Course topics include:

Motion analysis system with data collection and tracking

Plantar pressure assessment device

Isokinetics

Force plate

Electromyography (EMG)

Introduction to Mokka and OpenSim software with practical processing
