Strengthening Mental Readiness of Para-Swimmers; Dr. Saber Mehri Joins National Team Camp
Dr. Saber Mehri, a faculty member of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, has participated as a psychologist in the preparation camp of the national para-swimming team heading to the 2026 Nagoya Asian Para Games.

According to a statement from the Public Relations Office of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, the preparation camp of the national para-swimming team, attended by a number of national team athletes under the supervision of the national team's technical staff, began on March 28 (8 Farvardin) in the holy city of Mashhad and will continue until April 23 (3 Ordibehesht 1405).
Alongside the technical and physical programs of this camp, attention to psychological components is also on the agenda of the technical staff. In this regard, Dr. Saber Mehri, a faculty member of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, is present at the camp as the team psychologist, providing sports psychology services to the national team athletes.
Dr. Mehri has previously served as a psychologist alongside the national water polo team at the Asian Championships in India.
