Dr. Fariba Mohammadi, President of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, together with members of the board of directors, met and held cordial talks with faculty members of the Institute.

According to a statement from the Public Relations Office of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, during this meeting, Dr. Fariba Mohammadi offered condolences for the martyrdom of the dear Leader of the Revolution and extended New Year's greetings. She then presented a report on the status of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences during the year 1404 and the days of the Ramadan War, and outlined the upcoming operational plans for those in attendance.

Dr. Mohammadi, referring to the continuous efforts of her colleagues at the Institute, said: "I sincerely thank the faculty members, administrative staff, and all the dear ones who worked diligently in the final days of the past year and especially during the recent forty days and the difficult days of war."

She then presented a report on the Institute's financial situation and development plans, adding: "Fortunately, through our follow-ups, the Institute's budget has seen a significant increase in the new year. This action has been taken with the aim of improving the quality of research activities, developing technological infrastructure, and empowering various departments."

She also provided a report on the performance and activities of the Institute's board of directors over the past months, adding: "The board of directors has carried out important actions in the areas of policy-making, goal-setting for major programs, and coordination among units, the results of which will become more evident in the current year than before."

Dr. Mohammadi stated that the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences can play a key and influential role in this period and serve as an important scientific and operational arm for the country. "Sport can be a factor of solidarity, collective vitality, and strengthening teamwork. In the current circumstances, paying attention to the role of sport in social reconstruction is a necessity," she added.
