According to a statement from the Public Relations Office of the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, in the early days of the new year, the Nowruz meeting of the Institute's staff was held, and members of the Institute engaged in friendly and cordial talks with Dr. Fariba Mohammadi and members of the board of directors.
During the ceremony, Dr. Mohammadi extended New Year's greetings and, referring to the difficult circumstances of the past months, emphasized the importance of empathy, stability, and the continuation of the Institute's scientific and professional role.
In her remarks, expressing gratitude for the staff's solidarity and patience, she said: "Stability is a blessing whose worth, like health, is not known until it is lost. These days, we feel the value of this blessing more than ever before."
In another part of her speech, while expressing happiness for the well-being of the Institute's family, she emphasized the key role of colleagues in the successes of the past year and said: "Last year was one of the most productive years, and the output of the Institute's work is a source of pride. I sincerely thank each and every one of you for your efforts — especially those colleagues who worked tirelessly during the difficult days."
She then referred to the hopeful news at the end of the year, the most important of which was the significant increase in the Institute's budget — a matter which, according to her, is the result of collective effort and demonstrates the impact of the Institute's activities at the national level.
Dr. Mohammadi stated: "This budget increase is not just a number for us; it is a valuable support and legacy for the coming years. If the Institute is placed in its true position, it will have the capacity to do even greater things."
Subsequently, the staff of the Institute also held cordial talks with the Institute's president, sharing their concerns, suggestions, and perspectives for improving activities and enhancing the performance of the organization.
At the conclusion, Dr. Mohammadi presented plaques of appreciation and bouquets of flowers to honor the efforts of the Institute's security and guard team during the days of the Ramadan War.
